On September 25, 2025, Senior Research Fellow Junbo Sun of our team was awarded the honorary title of Lifetime Fellow by the International Association of Advanced Materials (IAAM), in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field of Construction & Structural Materials. According to IAAM, Dr. Sun is among the youngest Lifetime Fellows elected since the association was founded 15 years ago.

According to the Research.com ranking of the best scientists in the field of Civil Engineering, the ranking was created and evaluated by integrating data from multiple sources, including OpenAlex and CrossRef. The bibliometric data used to estimate citation-based indicators were collected up to November 21, 2023. The ranking is based on researchers’ D-index, which only considers publications and citation metrics within the specific discipline under review.
